Ayrıca örgütsel gurur işletmedeki insan kaynağının olumlu davranışlarda bulunmasını sağlayan önemli bir faktördür. Bu bağlamda çalışma kapsamında uluslararası literatür çerçevesinde örgütsel gururun kavramsal ve kuramsal çerçevesi incelenerek; örgütsel gururun oluşmasına katkı sağlayan bireysel ve örgütsel öncellerin ortaya konulması ve uluslararası alanyazında örgütsel gurur ile ilgili yapılmış ampirik çalışmaların içerik analizi yöntemi ile ele alınması amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda 2010-2020 yılları arasında literatürde yayınlanmış 25 uluslararası makale incelenmiştir.Human beings, by their nature, are affected by various environmental factors and can shape the factors that affect them with their emotions. One of these emotions is pride. The affected and affecting position of the human being in the working environment continues. Therefore, pride gains an organizational dimension and importance. In addition, organizational pride is an important factor that enables the human resources in the business to behave positively. In this context, by examining the conceptual and theoretical framework of organizational pride within the framework of international literature within the scope of the study; It is aimed to reveal the individual and organizational predecessors that contribute to the formation of organizational pride and to examine the empirical studies conducted on organizational pride in the international literature with the method of content analysis.
