In this research, it was determined that leaves extracts of P. spinosa L. and R sanctus Schreb. which prepared with different solvents, stimulated the defense system of the grossum and longum varieties of Capsicum annuum L. at different levels within the scope of total protein amount and peroxidase activity according to the control group. In conclusion, it was shown that P. spinosa and R. sanctus species could be used as natural plant activatorsRosaceae familyasına ait olan Prunus spinosa L. ve Rubus sanctus Schreb. ülkemizde doğal yayılış gösteren bitki türleridir. Araştırmada farklı çözgenler ile hazırlanmış olan P. spinosa ve R. sanctus ekstraktlarının Capsicum annuum L. türünün grossum ve longum varyetelerinin savunma sistemini kontrol grubuna göre toplam protein miktarı ve peroksidaz aktivitesi kapsamında farklı düzeylerde uyardığı belirlenmiştir.
