Infective endocarditis (IE) has serious and fatal complications in adults with congenital heart disease. A 21 years old woman with uncorrected TOF was referred to our hospital with fever, weight loss and dyspnea. Transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography showed vegetations on the tricuspid valve. In the following 7 days of antibiotic therapy, no reduction was seen in the diameter of the vegetation. Therefore surgical operation was planned and a bioprosthetic tricuspid valve was put into place. In this article we aimed to report some difficult problems such as infective endocarditis in adults with uncorrected TOF.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessEndocarditis; Tetralogy of Fallot; Tricuspid valveTrİcuspİd valve İnfectİve endocarditis in an adult with uncorrected tetralogy of fallot; Case reportDüzeltİlmemİş fallot tetralojİsİ olan erİşkİnde gelİşen trİküspİt kapak endokardİtİ: Olgu sunumuArticle721181192-s2.0-84885085735N/A
