İlk bölümde şer?iyye sicilleri ve Edremit anlatılarak önceki çalışmalardan bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde incelediğimiz defter içerisindeki hükümlerden gerekli tespitler yapılarak tablolarla desteklenmiştir. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise genel değerlendirme yapılarak sonuca gidilmiştir. Transkripsiyonunu yaptığımız defter ekler bölümünde yer almaktadır.Edremit Şer?iyye Register numbered 1238 was transcribed in accordance with today's Turkish rules and examined in three parts. In the first part, the previous studies were mentioned by explaining the Şer?iyye registers and Edremit. Necessary determinations were made from the provisions in the notebook we examined in the second section and supported with tables. In the third and last section, a general evaluation was made and a conclusion was reached.
