The basic setup of the study is constituted by making various assignments regarding the position the woman labor have within the working life. The argument whether the home based teleworking method (telework at home) that has come to the fore with the development of the computer and communication technologies provide employment opportunities for the woman provide who prefer to work at home in order to work in an accessible and unhindered work environment without being exposed to prejudgments and discriminatory behaviors is questioned with this study. Çalışmayla; bilgisayar ve iletişim teknolojilerinin gelişmesi ile gündeme gelen ev esaslı tele çalışma (evde tele çalışma) yönteminin, evde çalışmayı tercih eden kadın işgücüne; erişilebilir ve engelsiz bir çalışma ortamında önyargı ve ayrımcı davranışlara maruz kalmadan istihdam fırsatı sunduğu argümanı sorgulanmaktadır.
