The effects of demographic factors are also analyzed in these relationships. 306 sales representatives from two different sectors were surveyed and results indicated that, there is a positive relationship between general feedback and organizational affective, continuous and normative commitment. Also there is a negative relationship between autonomy and organizational affective, continuous and normative commitment.
