There are no risk factors for coronary artery diseases (CAD) and no systemic disease in his medical history. Electrocardiographic and echocardiographic findings were normally. Serum troponin I level was significantly high and therefore he was hospitalized with a diagnosis of non-ST elevated myocardial infarction. The coronary angiography showed diffuse coronary artery aneursym without significant stenosis.
