Tourism, hospitality and travel industries are among the most affected industries by the COVID-19 crisis This study aims to investigate impact of COVID-19 Pandemic over the supply chains of tourism businesses by conducting an in-depth interview over 10 front desk and customer relations managers of international hotels. This study focuses on travel agents, Äô services in the supply chain and therefore purchasing departments are not included. The research part of the study analysed how COVID-19 Pandemic changed the supply chain management strategies of hotels with special focus on its effects over travel companies and human resources decisions. The findings of the research put forward that travel agents both online and regular are the main source of customer base for the international hotels during the COVID-19.
