The goal of the project is to improve the democracy culture and to help students to have the conscious of democracy. In order to achieve this goal, "school councils" elections are performed and the elected representatives' activities are tried to develop the democracy culture and consciousness of democracy. The data is obtained using observation and interview techniques. Important datum is obtained about the perception, application and problems of the project in the school with research findings.
