Bu ihtiyaç her alanda olduğu gibi spor hizmetleri sağlayan kurumlarda/örgütlerde de önemli görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü personellerinin kriz yönetimi algılarında bağımsız değişkenler bakımından anlamlı farklılıkların olup olmadığının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırma yöntem olarak nicel bir çalışma olup betimsel tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin toplanması 2024 Mayıs-Temmuz ayları arasında sağlanmıştır. Araştırmada Çalışkan (2020), tarafından geliştirilmiş olan Kriz Yönetimi Ölçeği (KYÖ) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Kahramanmaraş ve Kilis şehirlerindeki Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüklerinde seçkisiz örneklem yöntemiyle seçilen personellerden 305 katılımcı oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri istatistik yazılım paket programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir Bulgular: Araştırma bulgularında katılımcıların kriz yönetimine yönelik algıları aritmetik puan ortalamasının ölçek genelinde ve kriz esnası faaliyetler alt boyutunda orta düzeyde; kriz öncesi faaliyetler ve kriz sonrası faaliyetler alt boyutlarında ise yüksek düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların kriz yönetimine yönelik algıları bakımından katılım ili değişkeninde anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmamıştır. Görev/Unvan ve öğrenim durumu değişkenlerinde ise katılımcıların kriz yönetimine yönelik algılarında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Bu araştırma ile Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlükleri personellerinin yöneticilerini değerlendirmeleri; yönetici konumunda olanlardan ise kendilerinden daha üst yönetimi değerlendirmeleri ile birtakım sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.Purpose: Nowadays, when extraordinary natural disasters are experienced in the blue sphere, there is a need for governments that can manage crises at the desired level. This need is seen as important in institutions/organizations that provide sports services, as in every field. This study aimed to determine whether there are significant differences in the crisis management perceptions of the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports personnel in terms of independent variables. Method: The research method is a quantitative study and was carried out in a descriptive survey model. Data collection was provided between May and July 2024. The Crisis Management Scale (CMS) developed by Çalışkan (2020) was used in the research. The sample of the research consisted of 305 participants from the staff selected by random sampling method in the Provincial Directorates of Youth and Sports in the cities of Kahramanmaraş and Kilis. The data of the study were analyzed using statistical software packages. Results: According to the research findings, the arithmetic score average of the participants' perceptions of crisis management is moderate in the overall scale and in the crisis activities sub-dimension; It was determined that the sub-dimensions of pre-crisis activities and postcrisis activities were high. There were no significant differences in the participant province variable in terms of participants' perceptions of crisis management. Significant differences were found in the participants' perceptions of crisis management in terms of Position/Title and educational background variables.
