İnsan kaynakları ve iş güvenliği eğitimlerinin güvenlik kültürüne etkisi: Staj öncesi iş güvenliği eğitimi alan üniversite öğrencileri üzerinde bir araştırma

Sanayileşme sürecinin başlamasından sonra çalışma hayatında köklü değişimler yaşanmıştır. Sürekli değişen dünyada iş yerinde kullanılan makine ve teçhizatlar değişmekte buna bağlı olarak çalışma şartları da değişmektedir. Tüm bunlarla birlikte iş hayatında çalışanın sağlık ve güvenliği daha da önem kazanmaktadır. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda çalışanların taşıdığı risklerin sebeplerinin araştırılması ve önlenmesi için gerekli tedbirlerin alınması insanlık için büyük önem taşımaktadır. İş kazalarının işçi, işveren, toplum ve ülke için azımsanmayacak düzeyde olumsuz sonuçları vardır. Araştırma Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Üniversitesi Uluslararası Ticaret ve Lojistik bölümünde bulunan öğrencilerin staja gitmeden önce almış oldukları iş sağlığı ve güvenliği eğitimi değerlendirmek ve sonuçlar ekseninde öneriler üretmek amacıyla 2017-2018 tarihleri arasında yürütülmüştür. Araştırma evrenini Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Üniversitesi Uluslararası Ticaret ve Lojistik bölümünde bulunan öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma evreni için 178 öğrenciye ulaşılmış ve örneklem oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın amacı öğrencilerin almış oldukları iş güvenliği eğitimleri sonucunda eğitimden memnuniyetleri ve eğitim sonrası güvenlik kültürün etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın bir diğer amacı da eğitim memnuniyeti ve güvenlik kültürünün demografik değişkenlerle (yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi) olan ilişkisi incelemektedir. Çalışmada güvenlik kültürü ve eğitim memnuniyeti ölçmek için anket kullanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde Güvenirlik Analizi, Bağımsız T Testi ve Regresyon Analizi uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın örnekleminde Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Üniversitesi Uluslararası Ticaret ve Lojistik bölümünde bulunan 175 kişi oluşturmaktadır.

After the beginning of the industrialization period, radical changes took place in the working life. In the constantly changing world, the machines and equipments used in the workplace are changing and the working conditions are changing accordingly. With all of this, the health and safety of the worker is becoming more important. Taking the necessary precautions to investigate and prevent the causes of the risks posed by employees in occupational health and safety is of great importance to humanity. Job accidents have negative consequences for workers, employers, society and the country. Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University was carried out between 2017 and 2018 in order to evaluate the occupational health and safety education that students in the Department of International Trade and Logistics had taken before their internship and to produce proposals on the basis of results. The research population is composed of students who are in the Department of International Trade and Logistics of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. For the research universe, 178 students were reached and a sample was created. The aim of the study is to show the educational satisfaction and post-training safety culture effect as a result of the job security trainings of the students. Another purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between education satisfaction and demographic variables (age, gender, education level) of the security culture. Surveys were used to measure safety culture and educational satisfaction in the study. Reliability Analysis, Independent T Test and Regression Analysis were applied in the evaluation of the data. The sample of the study consists of 175 people in the International Trade and Logistics Department of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.
