Türkiye akaryakıt sektöründe talep-fiyat ilişkisinin analizi

Akaryakıt sektörünün gelişimi, finansal kaynak olarak değişim ve gelişimi beraberinde getirmiştir. Akaryakıt, global dünyada uğruna savaşlar çıkarabilecek bir güce sahip olduğu düşünüldüğünde tüketimiyle ülkemizde de özellikle devlet gelirleri içinde vergi geliri olarak ekonomiye etkisi önemli bir seviyede bulunmaktadır. Akaryakıtın talebi, ülke ekonomisinde fiyatlandırma ile tüm sektörleri etkileyen bir unsurdur. Dünya nüfus artışıyla beraber, 1970 krizinin dünya ekonomisine etkisi insanlığın enerji talebinin artması ve karbon salınım oranlarının yükselmesi, enerji verimliliğine verilen önemi arttırmıştır. Enerjisiz bir hayatın var olmayacağı, enerji kaynaklarının efektif kullanılmasını bir zorunluluk haline getirmiştir. Enerji verimliliği kavramı ile bağlantılı olarak fiyatlandırmanın talebi ne ölçüde etkileyebileceğini, ekonomilerde, fiyatın talebi etkileyen en önemli argüman olması sebebiyle, ülkemizde akaryakıt sektöründeki tüketim, fiyat değişimlerinin belirlenen dönemlerde analizi, ekonometrik testlerle değerlendirmeye alınmış ve çıkan sonuçlar analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada hedeflenen başta akaryakıtın talep-fiyat esnekliğini belirlemek olmak üzere ekonomiye enerji verimliliği kapsamında etkilerini ön plana çıkarmaktır. The development of the fuel sector has brought about change and development as a financial resource. Considering that fuel has the power to cause wars in the global world, its consumption has a significant impact on the economy in our country, especially as tax revenues in government revenues. The demand for fuel is a factor that affects pricing and all sectors in the national economy. Together with the increase in the world population, the effect of the 1970 crisis on the world economy, the increase in the energy demand of humanity and the increase in carbon emission rates have increased the importance given to energy efficiency. The fact that a life without energy will not exist has made the effective use of energy resources a necessity. In connection with the concept of energy efficiency, the extent to which pricing can affect demand and since price is the most important argument affecting demand in economies, the consumption in the fuel sector in our country, the analysis of price changes in certain periods have been evaluated by econometric tests and the results have been tried to be analyzed. The aim of the study is to highlight the effects on the economy within the scope of energy efficiency, especially to determine the demand-price elasticity of feul.
