dc.description.abstractÖdemiş, ülkemizin en önemli meyve fidanı ve süs bitkileri üretim merkezlerinden biri olup, üretimde önemli potansiyele sahiptir. Bu çalışma İzmir İli'nin Ödemiş İlçesi'nde sert ve yumuşak çekirdekli meyve fidanı yetiştiriciliği yapılan alanlarda 2008-2010 yılları arasında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada bitki paraziti nematod türlerinin saptanması, bunlarla bulaşık alanların tespit edilmesi ve bu zararlıların bulaşma yollarının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Ödemiş İlçesi sert ve yumuşak çekirdekli meyve fidanı yetiştiriciliği yapılan alanlarda elma, şeftali, kayısı, kiraz, armut, erik, ayva, ceviz, trabzon hurması, badem, nar, zeytin, iğde, portakal ve limon fidanlıkları olmak üzere 16 farklı meyve çeşidinden toplam 368 toprak örneği alınmıştır. Alınan toprak örneklerinden uygun yöntemler ile nematodlar elde edilmiş ve önemli bitki paraziti nematod türleri belirlenmiştir.Çalışmada, önemli bitki paraziti nematod türleri olarak Pratylenchus thornei (Sher ve Allen, 1953), P. penetrans (Cobb, 1917), Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid ve White, 1919), M. javanica (Treub, 1885), Xiphinema index (Cobb, 1913), Helicotylenchus multicinctus (Cobb, 1893), Rotylenchulus reniformis (Linford ve Oliveira, 1940) ve Tylenchulus semipenetrans (Cobb, 1913) belirlenmiştir.Anahtar sözcükler: Bitki paraziti nematodlar, fidanlık, Ödemiş.
dc.description.abstractÖdemiş has a great potential in production and one of the most important production centre of nursery tree and ornamentals. This study was conducted in the Ödemiş District of İzmir Province on stone and pome fruit production areas between the years of 2008-2010. In this study, determination of plant parasitic nematodes, determination of infected areas and investigation of infection ways were aimed. For this purpose, samples from apple, peach, apricot, cherry, pear, plum, quince, walnut, persimmon, almond, pomegranate, olive, oleaster, tangerine, orange and lemon a total of 368 soil samples were taken from different 16 fruits in stone and pome fruit production areas in Ödemiş District. By using proper methods, nematodes were isolated from the soil and important plants parasitic nematode species were identified.As a result, important plant parasitic nematode species were identified as; Pratylenchus thornei (Sher ve Allen, 1953), P. penetrans (Cobb, 1917), Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid ve White, 1919), M. javanica (Treub, 1885), Xiphinema index (Cobb, 1913), Helicotylenchus multicinctus, Rotylenchulus reniformis and Tylenchulus semipenetrans (Cobb, 1913).Key Words: Plant parasitic nematodes, plantation, Ödemiş.
