Restoran işletmelerinin adaptif yeteneklerinin kurumsal sürdürülebilirliğe etkisi: İstanbul örneği

Günümüzde, restoran işletmeleri için sürdürülebilirlik konusu önemli bir yer teşkil etmektedir. İşletmeler kurumsal sürdürülebilirliği iş faaliyetlerinin odak noktası haline getirmelidir. Bu doğrultuda, uzun vadeli çevresel, sosyal ve ekonomik sürdürülebilirlik ilkelerini benimsemenin yolu adaptif yetenekler ile mümkün olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı restoran işletmelerinde adaptif yetenekler ve kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymak ve adaptif yeteneklerin kurumsal sürdürülebilirliğe etkisini belirlemektir. Bu amaçla, İstanbul'da bulunan restoran işletmeleri çalışanları ile anket tekniğinden faydalanarak nicel bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Toplamda 285 anket SPSS (Sosyal Bilimlerde İstatistik Paket Programı) kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Veri analizi sonucunda restoran işletmelerinde adaptif yeteneklerin kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etkileri olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Nowadays, sustainability is an important issue for restaurant businesses. Businesses should make corporate sustainability the focal point of their business activities. In this regard, the way to adopt long-term environmental, social and economic sustainability principles is possible with adaptive capabilities. The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between adaptive capabilities and corporate sustainability in restaurant businesses and to determine the effect of adaptive capabilities on corporate sustainability. For this purpose, a quantitative research was conducted using the survey technique with employees of restaurant establishments in Istanbul. A total of 285 surveys were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package Program in Social Sciences). As a result of the data analysis, it was determined that adaptive capabilities in restaurant businesses have positive and significant effects on corporate sustainability.
