dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu çalışmada hemodiyaliz hastalarında algılanan eş desteği ile ilaç uyumu, diyet ve sıvı kısıtlaması arasındaki ilişki ile etkileyen faktörler incelenmiştir. Yöntem: Araştırma Kasım 2021 ile Ocak 2022 tarihleri arasında, bir üniversite hastanesinin hemodiyaliz ünitesinde yürütüldü. Araştırmaya 271 katılımcı dahil edildi. Veriler "Hasta Tanılama Formu", "Eş Destek Ölçeği", "Hemodiyaliz Hastalarında Sıvı Kontrol Ölçeği", "Diyaliz Diyet ve Sıvı Kısıtlamasına Uyumsuzluk Ölçeği" ve "İlaç Uyumunu Bildirim Ölçeği" ile toplandı. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizler, bağımsız örneklem t testi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi kullanıldı. İstatistiksel anlamlılık için p<0,05 kabul edildi. Bulgular: Katılımcıların algıladıkları eş desteği, sıvı kontrol, diyaliz diyet ve sıvı kısıtlamasına uyumsuzluk ve ilaç uyumu puan ortalamaları sırasıyla 57,64±20,14, 56,82±13,55, 16,91±10,31, 16,56±6,18'di. Algılanan eş desteği puan ortalaması ile sıvı kontrol (r=0,99) ve ilaç uyumu (r=0,99) arasındaki ilişki pozitif yönde, diyaliz diyet ve sıvı kısıtlamasına uyumsuzluk (r=-0,91) arasındaki ilişki negatif yönde çok güçlü düzeydeydi (p<0,01). Algılanan eş desteğinin alt boyut puan ortalamaları arttıkça sıvı kontrol puan ortalamalarının arttığı belirlendi (p<0,05). Sonuç: Hemodiyaliz hastalarında algılanan eş desteğini etkileyen potansiyel faktörlerin bilinmesi ilaç uyumu, sıvı kontrolü, diyaliz diyet ve sıvı kısıtlamasına uyumu arttırmaya yönelik uygun stratejilerin belirlenmesi için bir fırsat sağlayabilir. dc.description.abstractObjective: This study aims to investigate the relationship between perceived spouse support, and medication adherence, diet, and fluid restriction as well as the factors influencing this relationship in hemodialysis patients. Method: The research was conducted between November 2021, and January 2022 at a university hospital's hemodialysis unit. A total of 271 participants were included in the study. Data were collected using the "Patient Identification Form," "Spouse Support Scale," "Fluid Control Scale in Hemodialysis Patients," "Dialysis Diet, and Fluid Nonadherence Questionnaire,", and "Medication Adherence Report Scale." Descriptive statistical analyses, independent sample t-tests, correlation, and regression analysis were employed for data analysis. A significance level of p<0,05 was accepted for statistical significance. Results: Participants' mean scores for perceived spouse support, fluid control, dialysis diet, and fluid restriction nonadherence, and medication adherence were 57,64±20,14, 56,82±13,55, 16,91±10,31, and 16,56±6,18 respectively. The relationship between perceived spouse support mean score, and fluid control (r=0,99), and medication adherence (r=0,99) was in the direction positive, while the relationship with dialysis diet, and fluid restriction nonadherence (r=-0,91) was very strong in the direction negative (p<0,01). As the mean scores of perceived spouse support sub-dimensions increased, the mean scores of fluid control were found to increase determined (p<0,05). Conclusion: Know potential factors influencing perceived spouse support in hemodialysis patients may provide an opportunity to identify appropriate strategies to enhance adherence to medication, fluid control, dialysis diet, and fluid restriction.
