dc.description.abstractTürkiye'deki Göçmen Eğitiminin Değerlendirilmesi: Suriyeli Göçmenler Örneği Tarih boyunca doğal afetler, uluslararası savaşlar, iç savaşlar ve çatışmalar, insan topluluklarının farklı coğrafyalar arasında yer değiştirmesine sebebiyet vermiştir. Suriye'deki iç savaş da, bu genel kaideye uygun olarak Suriye halkının göç etmesine neden olmuştur. Bu durum da gittiklerini ülkelerde çocukların eğitimi ile ilgili problemleri beraberinde getirmektedir. Araştırmada İstanbul ilinde bulunan Suriyeli göçmenlerin eğitim değerlendirmesi amacıyla nitel araştırma yöntemi ve nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgu bilim kullanılmıştır.Araştırmanın verilerini araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen, öğrenciler için 6, öğretmenler için 8 ve veliler için 6 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formlarından elde edilen veriler oluşturmuştur. Görüşme sonucu elde edilen veriler NVivo 8 paket programı ile modellenmiştir. Çalışmadan elde dilen bulgularda Suriyeli göçmenlerin genel olarak maddi durumlarının orta ve iyi olduğu bulunmuştur. Suriyeli çocuklara verilen eğitimi ve eğitim verilen ortamlar değerlendirildiğinde katılımcılara öğretmenlerin iyi ders anlattığını ve eğitimi yeterli bulduklarını bildirmişlerdir. Suriyeli göçmen öğrencilerin Türkiye'de aldıkları eğitimden memnun oldukları görülmektedir. Öğrencilerin eğitimde en çok zorlandığı konu okulda dil problemi yaşamaktır. Öğrenciler ders çalışma ortamlarını genel olarak yetersiz bulduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Türk halkının kendilerine bakış açılarına ilişkin görüşlerinin olumlu yönde olduğu görülmektedir. Öğretmenler ise öğrenci sayısının fazla olması,materyal eksikliği veokul saatlerinin uygun olmaması nedeniyle verilen eğitim ortamlarını yetersiz bulmuştur. Öğretmenlerin devletin Suriyeli göçmenlere verdiği desteğe ilişkin en çok maddi manevi tüm kolaylıklardan faydalanmaları gerektiği yönünde görüş bildirmişlerdir.
dc.description.abstractEvaluation of Migrant Education in Turkey: Example of Syrian immigrants Throughout the history, natural disasters, international wars, civil wars and conflicts have caused human communities to move between different geographies. The civil war in Syria has also caused the Syrian people to emigrate in accordance with this general rule. This situation reveals problems related to the education of children. In this study, "phenomenology" was used among qualitative research method and qualitative research designs for the purpose of educational evaluation of Syrian migrants in Istanbul. The data of the study consisted of a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher consisting of 6 questions for students, 6 questions for parents and 8 questions for teachers. The data obtained from the interview modeled with NVivo 8 package program. In the findings obtained from the study, it was found that the overall financial situation of the Syrian migrants was moderate and good. When the education and education environments given to them were evaluated, they informed the participants that the teachers teach well and they found the education adequate. Syrian immigrant students are likely to be satisfied with the training they receive in Turkey. The most difficult issue for students in education is to have language problems in school. The students stated that they found the study environment generally insufficient. It is seen that the views of Turkish people on their perspectives are positive. Teachers found the educational environment given inadequate due to the high number of students, lack of materials and lack of appropriate school hours. They expressed that they should benefit from all the material and moral benefits of the state's support to the Syrian migrants.
