Nowadays, ensuring the sustainability of organizations and achieving competitiveadvantage are based on employing qualified human resources. In this context, employmentof qualified human resources is not only sufficient, but also continuity in employment istaken as the basis. In this respect, management techniques are needed to connect theemployees to the organization and keep their job satisfaction high. If an individual has highjob satisfaction, he/she may feel himself/herself in the institution, otherwise the situationmay change. The aim of the study is to determine the effect of the employees in fast-foodbusiness on their job satisfaction and their separation from their professions. For thispurpose, “What is the relationship between job satisfaction and job leaving levels in fastfood business? was answered. As a result of the research; It was determined that internaljob satisfaction did not have a statistically significant effect on intention to leave profession.However, it was determined that external job satisfaction had a statistically significantnegative effect on the intention to leave the profession.
