| dc.description.abstract | Geçmişten bugüne kadar uygarlıkların vazgeçilmez bir parçası olan seramik kap kacak yapımı, insanoğlunun günlük gereksinimleri doğrultusunda geliştirilmiştir. İlk olarak çanak çömlekleri elde şekillendiren insanoğlu, daha hızlı üretebilmenin yollarını arayarak birtakım buluşlar gerçekleştirmiştir.Tekerleğin icadı ile yaklaşık aynı tarihlere rastlayan çömlekçi çarkının bulunuşu, çanak- çömlek imalatının daha seri ve kolay bir biçimde üretilmesini sağladığı gibi, seramik ürünlerin de gelişimine büyük ölçüde katkıda bulunmuştur. Daha ileriki tarihlerde pişirme ve sır tekniklerinin gelişimiyle birlikte daha sağlam ürünler elde edilmiştir.Aynı zamanda günümüz seramik sanatçıları tarafından da benimsenen bu şekillendirme tekniği, seramik sanatının gelişiminde de büyük rol oynamıştır. ?Çömlekçi Çarkında Üretilen Çağdaş Seramik Formlar? adlı araştırmayla, yapılan seramik formlarda form, estetik, biçim kuralları göz önünde tutularak, bu bağlamda çalışma yapan günümüz çağdaş seramik sanatçılarının çalışmaları, araştırılmış ve bu anlamda çömlekçi çarkında yapılan çağdaş seramik formların üretimi hedeflenmiştir. | |
