dc.description.abstractBu çalışma ile 2015 yılında Çanakkale ilinde çeşitli lokalitalerden toplanan Anthemis L., Cota J. GAY ve Crepis L. cinslerine ait taksonların polen morfolojisi araştırılmıştır. Anthemis L. cinsine ait 2 tür ve 1 alt tür, Cota J. GAY cinsine ait 1 tür ve 1 varyete, Crepis L. cinsine ait 3 tür ve 2 alt tür olmak üzere toplam 10 taksonun polen morfolojileri ışık mikroskobu (LM) ve elektron mikroskobu (SEM) incelemelerine göre tanımlanmıştır. Işık mikroskobu incelemelerinde polenler monad, radyal simetrili, trikolporat ve izopolardır. Polenler suboblat ve oblat sferoid, Amb semiangular-sirkular, interhegzogonal-subtriangular biçimindedir. Işık mikroskobu gözlemlerine göre ornamentasyon Anthemis L. ve Cota J GAY cinslerinde ekinat retikulat, Crepis L. cinsinde ekinülofattır. SEM incelemelerinde ise Anthemis L. ve Cota J GAY ekinat- mikroperforat, Crepis L. cinsinde ekinülofat-mikroperforattır. Anthemis L. ve Cota J. GAY cinslerine ait polen morfolojik özellikleri benzerlik göstermektedir. Her iki cinste de spin taban uzunluğu spin boyundan daha geniştir. Anthemis L. ve Cota J. GAY cinslerinde ekzinde tabakalı yapı belirgin olarak görülmektedir. Anthemis cotula L. ve Crepis smyrnaea DC. ex Froel. Flora of Turkey'deki tip kayıtlarına göre Çanakkale'de ilk defa bu çalışma kapsamında toplanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study the pollen morphology of taxa collected from different localities of Çanakkale in 2015 and belonging to Anthemis L., Cota J. GAY ve Crepis L. genus has been studied. The pollen morphology of a total of 10 taxa consisting of 2 species and 1 subspecies belonging to Anthemis L. genus, 1 species and a variety of Cota J. GAY genus and 3 species and 2 subspecies of Crepis L. family have been defined according to the observations under light microscope (LM) and electron microscope (SEM). The pollens are monad, radial symmetrical, tricolporate and isopolar in the light microscope observations. In the pollens the suboblate and oblate sferoidal, Amb is semiangular-circular, inter hegzogonal-subtriangular. According to the light microscope observations the ecinate of ornamentation Anthemis L. and Cota J GAY genus is reticulate, but it is ecinulophate in Crepis L. genus however, the ecinate of Anthemis L. ve Cota J GAY families is micro perforate and it is echinulophate-microperforate in Crepis L. genus in the SEM observations. The features of pollen morphologies of Anthemis L. and Cota J. GAY genus are similar to each other. In both genus the length of spine base is longer than the spine length. A structure of layers in the exine can be clearly seen in both Anthemis L. and Cota J. GAY genus. According to the family records in Flora of Turkey, Anthemis cotula L. and Crepis smyrnaea DC. ex Froel. have been collected in Çanakkale for the first time for this study.
