| dc.description.abstract | Çalışma yarı-deneysel olarak tasarlanmıştır, yarı-deneysel bir araştırma olarak genel anestezi yöntemiyle sırt üstü pozisyondaki ameliyatlarda bel bölgesine konulan anti basınç pozisyon jel pedinin ameliyat sonrası dönemde bel ağrısına ve hasta konforuna etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi'nde genel cerrahi ameliyathanesinde genel anestezi altında supine pozisyonunda ameliyat yapılan 168 hasta çalışmaya dahil edildi. Deney ve kontrol grupların belirlenmesinde basit randomizasyon yöntemi kullanıldı. Deney grubu hastalarında ameliyat sürecinde genel anestezi uygulandıktan sonra bel bölgelerine anti basınç pozisyon jel pedi konuldu. Tüm hastaların ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası belirli aralıklarla bel ağrısı şiddeti değerlendirildi. Ayrıca ameliyat sonrası dönemde perianestezi hasta konforu da değerlendirildi. Yapılan tekrarlayan ölçümler ANOVA analizi sonucunda deney grubunda bel ağrısı puan ortalamasının kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı düzeyde düşük bulunmuştur (F=58,913, p?0,05). Deney grubunda ameliyat sonrası mobilizasyon süresi kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmuştur (t=4,988, p<0,05). Deney grubunda perianestezi konfor ölçeği puan ortalaması kontrol grubuna göre yüksek bulunmuştur ancak iki grup arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır (t=-,394, p=,694, p?0,05). Çalışmada ameliyat esnasında bel bölgesine konulan anti basınç pozisyon jel pedin ameliyat sonrasında meydana gelen bel ağrısını azaltmada etkili olduğu saptandı. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The study was conducted as a quasi-experimental study to determine the effect of the anti-pressure position gel pad placed on the lumbar region in the supine position operations with general anesthesia method on low back pain and patient comfort in the postoperative period. 168 patients who were operated in the supine position under general anesthesia in the general surgery operating room of Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty Hospital were included in the study. Simple randomization method was used to determine the experimental and control groups. In the experimental group patients, after general anesthesia was applied during the operation, anti-pressure position gel pads were placed on the lumbar regions. Low back pain severity of all patients was evaluated at regular intervals before and after surgery. In addition, perianesthesia patient comfort in the postoperative period was also evaluated. As a result of repeated measurements ANOVA analysis, the mean low back pain score in the experimental group was found to be significantly lower than in the control group (F=58.913, p?0.05). The postoperative mobilization time in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (t=4.988, p<0.05). The mean perianesthesia comfort scale score in the experimental group was higher than the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (t=-.394, p=.694, p?0.05). In the study, it was determined that the anti-pressure position gel pad placed on the lumbar region during the operation was effective in reducing the low back pain that occurred after the operation. | |
