Ramazan el- Bûtî’nin Kur’an İlimleri ve Tefsir Tarihinin oluşum Sürecine Dair Tespitleri

Kur’an ve tefsir tarihi; İslam tarihi, Arap dili, hadis ve siyer gibi birçok ilimle doğrudan alakalıdır. Bu sebeple de yedi harf, Kur’an’ın metinleşme süreci, resmü’l-mushaf, Hz. Peygamber’in Kur’an’ı tefsiri gibi konuların ele alınmasında kimi ihtilafların mevcudiyeti, ele alınan meselelerin çok yönlü olmasıyla ilişkilidir. Nitekim bu alanda yapılan çalışmalar, birbirinden farklılık arz etmiş ve süreç içerisinde zengin bir verinin oluşmasına yol açmıştır. Ayrıca İslamî ilimlerin merkezinde yer alması sebebiyle Kur’an ve tefsir tarihinin meseleleri güncelliğini yitirmemesine yol açmış ve konuyla ilgili yapılan çalışmaların devamlılığını sağlamıştır. Alanın bilginleri farklı perspektiflerle Kur’an ilimleri ve tefsir meselelerini ele almaya çabalamıştır. Konuyla ilgili değerlendirmeleri olan Ramazân el-Bûtî de (öl. 2013) bu isimlerden biridir. Bu çalışmada Bûtî’nin Kur’an ve tefsir tarihi hususundaki fikirleri ayrıntılı bir şekilde değerlendirilmektedir Onun bu konuda hangi yöntemden hareket ettiği, özgün tespitlerinin olup olmadığı, rivayet kaynaklarına nasıl yaklaştığı bu bağlamda ele alınacak konular arasında yer almaktadır

The history of the Qur'an and tafsir; it is directly related to many sciences such as the history of Islam, the Arabic language, hadith and sirah. For this reason, the existence of some conflicts in the handling of subjects such as the seven letters, the texting process of the Qur'an, the collection of the mushaf, the interpretation of the Qur'an of the Prophet is related to the multifacetedness of the issues discussed. As a matter of fact, studies in this field have differed from each other and have led to the formation of rich data in the process. In addition, it has caused the history of the Qur'an and tafsir to not lose its currency due to being at the center of Islamic sciences and has ensured the continuity of the studies on the subject. Scholars of the field have tried to deal with the issues of Qur'anic sciences and tafsir from different perspectives. Ramazan al-Bûtî (d. 2013), who has evaluations on the subject, is one of these names. In this study, Bûti's ideas on the history of the Qur'an and the history of tafsir are evaluated in detail.
