dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, 17. yüzyıl okçu, meydan şeyhi ve kâtiplerinden olan Abdullâh El-Kâtib tarafından kaleme alınan Tezkire-i Rumât adlı eser üzerine yapılmıştır. Okçuluk konusunda yazılmış olan bu eser, hem çeşitli okçuluk terimleri içermesi hem de Osmanlı dönemi okçuları, kırdıkları rekorları ve Osmanlı coğrafyasındaki menzil taşlarını kaydetmiş olması bakımından önemlidir. Çalışmanın giriş kısmında okçuluk, Abdullah el-Kâtib hakkında bilgi verildi ve Tezkire-i Rumât adlı eser tanıtıldı. I. bölümde yazım özellikleri ele alınarak eserdeki ünlü ve ünsüz harflerin yazımı gösterildi. II. bölümde ise eserin ses bilgisi; ünlü uyumları ve eklerin yazımı incelendi. 'Yapı Bilgisi' başlığını taşıyan III. bölümde ise eserde yer alan adlar ve eylemler üzerinde duruldu. Türkiye Türkçesinden farklı olan yapılar örneklerle açıklandı. Çalışmanın metin bölümünde eserin çeviri yazısı verildi. Dizin bölümünde eserin gramatikal dizini oluşturuldu. Son olarak özel adlar dizinine yer verildi.
dc.description.abstractThis study is about a manuscript, "Tezkire-i Rumat" written by Abdullâh El-Kâtib in the 17th century. This manuscript is considered a very important task for the reason that it contained the words concerning the archery terms, the fields of archery, the arrow squares, range rocks and archery competition during the Ottoman period. Then, the introduction of the study gives information on the auther Abdullah El-katip. Chapter one dealt with the orthography characteristics and vowels and consonants. The second chapter dealt with the phonology and the suffixes "endings of words". The third chapter dealt with the morphology "nouns and verbs" it studied the differences of structure in spoken Turkish language through examles focusing on nouns and verbs. The text chapter of the study offers translation of works. The index chapter offers a grammatical directory of the text. Finally, an index of proper nouns was prepared at the end of the study.
