Halk eğitimi merkezi müzik ve gösteri sanatları alanı viyolonsel eğitimine yönelik kurs program önerisi

Bu araştırmada, Halk Eğitimi Merkezleri'nin Müzik ve Gösteri Sanatları alanında uygulanmak üzere, mevcut kaynaklar ve uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda bir viyolonsel eğitimi kurs programı önerisi oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden gereksinim saptaması modelinin kullanıldığı bu çalışmada, kapsamlı bir literatür taraması yapılmış ve ihtiyaç analizleri kapsamında hazırlanan görüşme ve anket soruları, ilgili fakültelerde viyolonsel derslerini yürüten öğretim elemanlarına uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Marmara Bölgesinde bulunan Eğitim Fakültesi Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı Müzik Öğretmenliği ve Devlet Konservatuvarı programlarında görev yapan 5 öğretim elemanları oluşturmaktadır. Eğitim Bakanlığı'nın hazırladığı Güzel Sanatlar Liseleri Çalgı Eğitimi Viyolonsel Dersi Öğretim Programı, Yükseköğretim Kurulu'nun geçmişten günümüze yayımladığı Müzik Eğitimi Lisans Programı Ders İçerikleri ve ülkemizdeki çeşitli müzik öğretmenliği programlarında kullanılan öğretim programlarından da yararlanılmıştır. Halk Eğitimi Merkezi Viyolonsel Eğitimi Kurs Programına yönelik kursun içeriği, Hayat Boyu Öğrenme Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından hazırlanan çerçeve kurs programına uygun olarak ve bir uzman viyolonsel öğretim elemanı, bir öğretim programı uzmanı ve bir Türk dili uzmanını tarafından revize edilerek dört dönemi kapsayacak şekilde hazırlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın, müzik eğitiminde viyolonsel dersine yönelik kapsamlı bir kurs programı önerisi sunması nedeniyle, müzik eğitimi alanındaki çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

In this study, it was aimed to create a cello training course programme proposal in line with the existing resources and expert opinions to be applied in the field of Music and Performing Arts of Public Education Centres. In this study, in which the needs assessment model, one of the qualitative research methods, was used, a comprehensive literature review was conducted and the interview and questionnaire questions prepared within the scope of needs analyses were applied to the lecturers conducting cello courses in the relevant faculties. The study group of the research consisted of 5 lecturers working in the Faculty of Education, Department of Fine Arts Education, Music Education and State Conservatory programmes in the Marmara Region. The curriculum of Fine Arts High Schools Instrument Education Cello Course Curriculum prepared by the Ministry of Education, Music Education Undergraduate Programme Course Contents published by the Council of Higher Education from past to present and the curricula used in various music teaching programmes in our country were also used. The content of the course for the Public Education Centre Cello Education Course Programme was prepared to cover four semesters in accordance with the framework course programme prepared by the General Directorate of Lifelong Learning and revised by an expert cello instructor, a curriculum expert and a Turkish language expert. It is thought that this research will contribute to the studies in the field of music education since it offers a comprehensie course programme proposal for cello course in music education.
