| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan yöneticilerin rollerini gerçekleştirmeleri konusunda okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Çalışmanın evrenini, 2014 - 2015 eğitim - öğretim yılı Çanakkale ilindeki okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında (bağımsız anaokulu, bünyesinde anasınıfı bulunduran ilkokul ve ortaokul) görev yapan okul öncesi öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma örneklemi, evrenden tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan okul öncesi öğretmeni 210 kişidir. Verilerin analizinde SPSS programından faydalanılmıştır. Çalışmada betimsel istatistik yöntemleri (frekans ve yüzde, aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma), anlamlı farklılıkların incelenmesinde parametrik olmayan testlerden Mann Whitney U ve Kruskall Wallis-H testi tercih edilmiştir. Anlamlı farklılıklarda p değeri .05 üzerinden dikkate alınmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan yöneticilerin liderlik, rehberlik, iletişim, girişimcilik, eğitim - öğretim ve yönetim süreçleri ile ilgili rollerini "çoğu zaman'' sergiledikleri, aile ve çevre ilişkilerini yürütme ve mevzuat ile ilgili rollerini "her zaman" sergiledikleri tespit edilmiştir. 1-5 yıl kıdeme sahip olan öğretmenler, yöneticilerinin iletişime ilişkin rollerini sergileme düzeylerini 6-10 ile 11-15 yıl kıdeme sahip öğretmenlere göre daha yüksek değerlendirmiştir. Buna ek olarak, farklı öğrenim düzeyindeki öğretmenlerin, yöneticilerinin rollerini gerçekleştirmelerine ilişkin görüşleri arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıştır. Bağımsız anaokullarında görev yapan öğretmenler ile bünyesinde anasınıfı bulunduran okullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin, yöneticilerinin rollerini gerçekleştirmelerine ilişkin görüşleri arasında istatistiksel anlamda farklılık bulunmuştur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to determine the views of the preschool teacher's concerning perform the roles of the administrators working in preschool educational institutions. The population for this study is defined as all the preschool teachers who are working in preschool educational institutions (independent kindergarten, kindergarten within the primary and secondary schools) in Çanakkale during the 2014 - 2015 academic years. The research sample was chosen by random sampling from the population. The study sample comprised 210 pre - school teachers. All statistical analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software (version 21.0). For the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics (frequency, %, arithmetic means and standard deviation) and non-parametric tests (Mann Whitney U and Kruskall Wallis-H test) were used. Statistical significance level was accepted as p = 0.05. The findings of the current study showed that preschool administrators who serve at preschool educational institutions perform their roles as follows, "most of the time" for their leadership, guidance, communication, entrepreneurship, academic, management process roles and "always" for executive the family and environmental relations and the legislation roles. According the survey results, the perception about the level of communication leaderships of the administrators is higher for preschool teachers with 1-5 years' experience rather than the preschool teachers with 6-10 years' and 11-15 years' experience. In addition, no significant differences were found between the views of the preschool teachers at different education levels, with regards to performing the roles of the preschool administrator's. Statistically significant differences were found between the views of the preschool teachers, whose working in independent kindergarten and kindergarten within the primary and secondary schools, concerning performs the roles of the preschool administrator's. | |
