Kan lekesinin yaş tayininde şeker faktörünün etkisinin spektral olarak belirlenmesi

Kan yaşı tayinini en düşük hata oranı ile yapmak bazı durumlarda çok önemli olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada hemoglobin bozunum süreci temel alınarak, geçirgenlik spektroskopisi yöntemi ile kan lekesinin yaş tahmini yapılmıştır. Ayrıca kandaki şeker konsantrasyonunun hemoglobin bozunumu üzerindeki etkisi ve bu etkinin yaş tayini belirlemeye getireceği hata oranları saptanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, sağlıklı grubun kan yaş tayinini yüzde 10'un altında bir hata oranı ile belirlenebileceğini göstermiştir. Ayrıca şeker hastası gruba ait kan yaşı belirlenmesinin önerilen yöntemle sağlıklı bir şekilde belirlenemeyeceğini göstermiştir. Şeker hastalığının dökülen kanın bozunum sürecini önemli biçimde etkilediği de yapılan çalışmalardan belirlenmiştir.

Lowest error rate of the age estimation of bloodstain in some cases may be very important. In this thesis, based on hemoglobin degradation process, the age of bloodstain has been estimated by using the method of transmission spectroscopy. Also, the effect of concentration of sugar in blood on hemoglobin degradation process has been investigated. The experiment results showed that; the estimation of the age of bloodstain in healthy groups can be determined with less than 10 percent error rate. The age estimation of diabetic groups cannot be determined with proposed method. Also our results showed that diabetes significantly affects the hemoglobin decay process.
