Balıkesir ili Burhaniye ilçesinde yağlık zeytin üreten işletmelerin ekonomik analizi

Bu arastırmada, Balıkesir li, Burhaniye lçesinde yaglık zeytin üreten isletmelerin ekonomik analizi yapılmıstır. Arastırma alanının dogal özellikler, cografi faktörler ve tarım teknigi yönünden temsil eden 3 köy (Agacık, Bahadınlı, Sübeylidere), 1 belde (Pelitköy) ve Burhaniye Merkez'de 88 isletme tabakalı tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilmistir. Arastırma kapsamında incelenen isletmelerin, ortalama isletme arazisi 57,26 dekardır. Ortalama isletme arazisinin %99,27'si mülk arazidir. ncelenen isletmelerde aktif sermayenin %94,79'u çiftlik sermayesi ve %5,21'i isletme sermayesidir. Ortalama aktif sermaye 280.585,06 YTL olup, isletme büyüklügü arttıkça artmaktadır. Gayrisafi üretim degeri 16.027,05 YTL'dir ve %84,20'si bitkisel üretim degerinden olusmaktadır. Bitkisel üretim degerinin ise %87,46'sı zeytinden elde edilmektedir. sletmeler ortalamasında toplam isletme masrafları 10.299,67 YTL'dir ve %55,13'ünü degisen isletme masrafları, %44,87'sini sabit isletme masrafları olusturmaktadır. sletme büyüklügü arttıkça toplam isletme masrafları da artmaktadır. ncelenen isletmeler ortalamasında, brüt kar 10.349,24 YTL, saf hasıla 7.390,33 YTL ve tarımsal gelir 9.810,17 YTL'dir. The aim of this study was to analyze the economic situation of the enterprises producing olive in Burhaniye district of Balıkesir, province in Turkey. The research areas, 3 villages (Agacık, Bahadınlı, Sübeylidere), 1 city (Pelitköy) and 88 enterprises in Burhaniye, were selected by randomize sampling method. The average size of the enterprises is 57,26 decar. The 84,55 % of land of the enterprises is covered by the olive tree and 99,27 % of that is owned land. In the research, it was investigated that 94,79 % of the active capital comes from farmland, and 5,21 % from enterprise budget. Average active capital was 280.585,06 YTL and was increasing to the farm size. Annual gross production value was 16.027,05 YTL and 84,20 % of that came from crop production and within the crop production 87,46 % was coming from olive. The average cost for enterprises is 10.299,67 YTL and 55,13 % of that is variable cost, 44,87 % of it is fixed costs. Running costs rise as enterprise gets larger. For these enterprises, gross profit is 10.349,24 YTL, net return is 7.390,33 YTL and agricultural income is 9.810,17 YTL. Economical rantability rate is 2,63 % and financial rantability is 2,61 %.
