dc.description.abstractİnsan Performansı Teknolojisi Modeli ile çalışanların, kendilerinden beklenen performansı gösterebilmeleri için örgütte gerekli organizasyon yapısının oluşturulması hedeflenmektedir. İlk okunduğunda daha çok sayısal ya da bir başka deyişle mühendislik çağrışımı yapan teknoloji kelimesi, burada aslında ilgili yöntem ve araçların tümünü kapsayan bütünsel bir süreci ifade etmektedir. Model, sadece bireysel performans ile sınırlı kalmamakta örgütte bütüncül performansın sağlanmasında da kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; tüm çalışanların, kendilerinden beklenen performansı gösterebilecekleri yapının oluşturulmasıyla ilgilenenlere yol gösterici olmak adına performans teknolojisi modeli ve bu modeli hayata geçirme evreleri ele alınmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractFor those who work with human performance technology to accomplish the desired performance requirements, it is a prerequisite to constitute the necessary organizational structure. The word “technology”, which reminds of a quantitative and engineering based concept in the first place, is here used to reflect an integrated process that includes all related methods and tools. The model does not only limited to improving individual performance but alos entails to the improvement of organizational perofrmance as a whole. Human performance technology model and its stages are discussed in this paper to provide a guide for those who aims to constitute a system in which all employees show the desired level of performance.en_US
