dc.description.abstract17. yüzyıl sonu ile 18. yüzyıl başları arasında yaşamış olan Şabanzâde Mehmed Muhteşem'in ikisi telif biri tercüme olmak üzere üç eseri vardır. Bu çalışmanın konusu olan Âdâbu'l-Hükkâm, Şabanzâde'nin tek tercüme eseridir. Bu eser, Fatih Sultan Mehmed dönemi âlimlerinden Musannifek lakaplı Alaüddîn Alî b. eş-Şâhrûdiyyü'l-Bistâmi tarafından telif edilip dönemin vezirlerinden Mahmut Paşa'ya sunulmuş olan Tuhfetü'l-Vüzerâ adlı Farsça eserin Türkçeye tercümesidir. Siyasetname türünde bir ahlak kitabı olan bu eser, on bölümden oluşmaktadır. Şabanzâde, içerisinde Arapça kısımlar da bulunan bu eserin sadece Farsça nesir kısımlarını tercüme etmiş, Arapça kısımları ve manzumeleri olduğu gibi aktarmıştır. Osmanlı sahasında telif edilip yine aynı sahada Türkçeye tercüme edilen bu eser aynı zamanda Şabanzâde'nin mütercim yönünü göstermesi bakımından ayrı bir önemi haizdir. Bu çalışmada önce siyasetnameler hakkında, sonrasında müellifin ve mütercimin hayatları ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verildi. Daha sonra Âdâbu'l-Hükkâm'ın muhtevası, kaynakları, mensur bir metin olarak özellikleri ele alındı. Bundan sonra ise Âdâbu'l-Hükkâm, kaynak eser olan Tuhfetü'l-Vüzera ile karşılaştırılarak Şabanzâde'nin tercüme yöntemi belirlenmeye çalışıldı. Eserin çeviriyazısından önce, nüshaları ve metnin nasıl kurulduğu hakkında bilgi verildi. Bunlardan sonra Âdâbu'l-Hükkâm'ın çeviriyazı metni yer aldı. En son kısımda ise "Özel Adlar Dizini"ne yer verildi.
dc.description.abstractŞabanzade Mehmed Muhteşem who lived from the end of the 17. century to the beginning of the 18. century has three works; two of them are compilation and one is translation. Adabu'l-Hukkam which is the only translation work of Şabanzade is the topic of this study. This work is translation to Turkish from Farsi named Tuhfetü'l-Vüzera which is compiled by a scholar from the period of Fatih Sultan Mehmet; Alaüddin Ali b. eş-Şahrudiyyü'l-Bistami nicknamed Musannifek and presented to Mahmut Pasha who were the vizier of the period. This work which is a type of political treatise and a moral book consist of ten sections. While Şabanzade translated Farsi proses, he cited Arabic parts and poems as they are in the original work. This work which is compiled in the period of Ottoman and translated to Turkish is also so crucial in terms of showing the competence of Şabanzade in the field of translation. In this study, at first, some information about political treatise are given. Then, some information about the life and works of editor and translator is tried to be given. Later, the content, sources and the features in terms of prose work of Adabu'l-Hukkam are tried to be searched. After this the type of translation is tried to be determined by comparing Adabu'l-Hukkam with main source which is Tuhfetü'l-Vüzera. Before giving translation text, some information about copies and how the text is formed is given. Then, the translation text of Adabu'l-Hukkam is given. At last part 'Special Names Index' is given.
