Eski merkezi planlı ekonomilerde özelleştirme : Rusya örneği

The central planned economies in which means of production were owned by the state has turned in to a process of capitalist transition since mids of the 1980s. This transition process observed in the central planned economies has also required the transformation of the properties. This transition has occured in the form of switch the properties from state-owned to private. Privatization programs employed within the frameworks of the structural transition policies, mandated by the IMF, have been origins of private capital accumulation in the related countries. In this study, privatization programs in the former central-planned economies, in the case of Russian experience, are analized.
