Çanakkale'de ilk ve orta öğretim düzeyindeki eğitim-öğretim süreçlerinde çevresel koşulların etkilerinin belirlenmesi

Eğitim, bireyin sosyalleşmesi sürecinde topluma uyum sağlaması amacıyla bireyde istendik yönde davranış değişikliği sağlanmasıdır. Her birey içinde yaşadığı toplumun özelliklerini eğitim yoluyla elde eder. Birey toplumun sahip olduğu özellikleri, hem belirlenen bir sistem içinde formal süreçlerle hem de yaşamı içinde çevreden görerek-duyarak informal süreçlerle sağlar. Toplumun sahip olduğu özellikleri şekillendiren en temel özellikler ise bulunulan coğrafi çevre unsurlarıdır. Gerek fizikî gerekse beşerî ortam özellikleri, toplumsal yapı özelliklerini belirleyerek eğitim ve öğretim etkinliklerini şekillendirir.Araştırmanın temel amacı, Çanakkale ilinde örneklem alan ölçeğinde coğrafi çevre özelliklerinin eğitim etkinliklerine etkilerinin belirlenmesidir.Araştırma alanıyla ilgili genel veriler basılı ve görsel yayınlardan sağlanmıştır. Örneklem alan ile ilgili veriler ise anket ve görüşme yöntemleriyle sağlanmıştır. Örneklem alan içinde anketler; birbirinden farklı özelliklere sahip 5 ilçede, ilçeler içinde farklı özelliklere sahip olduğu değerlendirilerek belirlenen toplam 53 okulda, 1.835 öğrenciye, 346 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca 53 eğitim yöneticisi ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Anket verileri SPSS 15.0 istatistik analiz programında frekans dağılımı ve çapraz tablolama yöntemleriyle analiz edilmiş, belirgin olarak ortaya çıkan farklı sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.Yapılan ön çalışmada araştırma alanı içinde seçilen örneklem alanlarının birbirinden farklı fizikî ve beşerî çevre unsurlarına sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda eğitim etkinliklerinin işleyiş süreci açısından da farklılıklar gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.Çalışma alanı içinde çalışma konusu kapsamında yeterli literatüre rastlanmamıştır. Çalışma evreni içinde benzer bir çalışma daha önce yapılmamıştır. Ancak yapılan ön çalışmalarla örneklem alan içindeki her bölümün, kendi içinde belirgin farklılıklara sahip olduğu saptanmıştır. Dolayısıyla hem araştırma birimleri arasında hem de her araştırma biriminin kendi içinde eğitim etkinliklerinin işleyiş sürecinde fırsat eşitsizliklerinin ortaya çıktığı belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Çanakkale, çevresel koşullar, coğrafi çevre-eğitim, eğitimde fırsat eşitsizliği, taşımalı eğitim sistemi.

Education supplies behaviour changes of individuals on the requested direction at socialization process of the individual for aim of adaptation to society. Every individual obtains properties of the society that he lives in by education. The individual supplies the properties which the society has both by formal processes in the definite system and by informal processes by seeing and hearing from surroundings in human life. The main properties which form the society?s properties are the elements of geographical environment where be located. Whether physical or human medium properties form the activities of education and instruction by determining social structure properties.The main aim of the research is to determine the affects of the properties of the geographical environment to education activities in Çanakkale in sampling area scale.The general datas about research area are obtained by printed and visual issues. The datas which belong to sampling area obtained by methods of questionnaire and interview the questionnaires in the sampling area; are applied for 1835 students and 346 teachers in 5 districts which have different properties and total 53 schools in the districts which are determined by evaluating their different characteristics, in addition, the interviews were realized with 53 school directors. The questionnaire datas analysed in the statistics analysis program of SPSS 15.0 with the methods of frequency distribution and cross-tabling and different consequency that arise clear are evaluated.At the prestudy, sampling areas which are chosen in research area are determined having different physical and human medium. In this direction, it is determined, that shows differences by the angle of performing process of education activities.In the study area, there isn?t sufficient literature for study subject. But in the prestudy, that is fixed, each part in the sampling has clear differences in itself.
