dc.description.abstractBilgi ve iletişim çağı olarak adlandırılan günümüz dünyasında, mobil iletişim destekli akıllı uygulamalar ve buna bağlı yaşanan dijital dönüşüm, turizm sektörü ile yiyecek içecek endüstrisinde de bilgi teknolojileri kullanımını artırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, gastronomi dijitalleşme ilişkisi ve bu konuda meydana gelen gelişmelere dikkat çekmek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, Cittaslow Gökçeada’da gastronomi turizmi kapsamında faaliyet gösteren yöresel restoranlarda QR Kod Mönü ve Online Restoran Rezervasyon sisteminin kullanımını yaygınlaştırmak için hazırlanmış olan bir model önerisi yer almaktadır. Geliştirilen bu model ile özellikle gastronomi turizmi sektörü paydaşları açısından bilişim teknoloji kullanılmasının önemine ve sektörde sağladığı avantajlara dikkat çekmek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında yapılmış olan araştırmada nitel bir veri toplama yöntemi olan doküman analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilmiş olan araştırma sonuçları, Cittaslow Gökçeada'da faaliyet gösteren yöresel temalı restoran işletmeleri için geliştirilmiş olan akıllı yöresel restoranlar modelinin, adadaki gastronomi turizmi paydaşlarına fayda sağlayabilecek nitelikte bir çalışma olduğunu doğrulamaktadır
dc.description.abstractIn the information and communication age, smart applications supported by mobile communication and the digital transformation experienced due to this increase the use of information technologies in the tourism sector and the food and beverage industry. In this study, it is aimed to draw attention to the relationship between gastronomy digitalization and the developments in this regard. In the study, there is a model proposal prepared to popularize the use of QR Code Menu and Online Restaurant Reservation system in local restaurants operating within the scope of gastronomic tourism in Cittaslow Gökçeada. With this model developed, it is aimed to draw attention to the importance of using information technology, especially for the stakeholders of the gastronomy tourism sector, and the advantages it provides in the sector. In the research conducted within the scope of the study, document analysis, which is a qualitative data collection method, was used. The research results obtained confirm that the smart local restaurants model developed for local themed restaurant enterprises operating in Cittaslow Gökçeada is a study that can benefit gastronomic tourism stakeholders on the island.
