In the companies of today, there are lots of factors, which determine the motivation of the employee. One of them is the organizational culture. In this work, these two concepts are studied together; also the subject of how the organizational culture determines the motivation level is explained. Thus, using the method of questionnaire, a research has been made in three different companies, which are in the private finance and banking sector. Consequently, it has been understood that the type of the organizational culture is effective on the level of motivation. On the other hand, with respect to organizational culture and the level of motivation we didn’t come across to a significant difference between the companies.
