The aim of this paper is to examine the effect of the factors providing the organizational integration in the firms that have adopted the learning organization approach. The factors providing organizational integration were thought to be leadership style, communication system, sharing vision, participative management, empowerment, sharing knowledge, teamwork and cooperation, flexible organization structure, performance assessment and reward system. This study was conducted on the top 100 manufacturing companies in the Istanbul Chamber of Industry’s list of "Top 500 Companies of Turkey" in 2003. The data collected from the companies through questionnaires were statistically analyzed through SPSS for Windows 12.0. Moreover, the data were analyzed by the descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, correlation, and regression analysis.
