Complete of feelings and thoughts of employees about their work, which is called job satisfaction, is one of the most important issue for the businesses which maintain their activities with limited resources in changing and developing world in terms of every scope.In accommodation firms which is labor intensive and in which human resource is important, employees’ being satisfied or not, especially managers’, may be directly effective on the success of organisations. Till now, despite many researches about job satisfaction of the employees of accommodation organisations in private sector were done, not many researches were done about job satisfaction of employees, especially of managers, of accommodation organisations in public sector. The purpose of this paper is determining and evaluating the factors and their level of importance in affecting the job satisfaction of managers who manages the hotel for teachers that constitutes the important part of public accommodation organisations in Turkey. With this purpose, a questionnaire was prepared for the managers of the hotels for teachers and the findings of the questionnaire took place in the paper. The findings of research show that managers are generally male and most of them did not have tourism education.For the expressions, there are differences between regions. Furthermore, the expressions change depending on the demographic features.In other words, demographic features affect the expressions.
