dc.description.abstractOrganizational Citizenship Behavior represents individual behavior that is discretionary, not directly or explicitly recognized by the formal reward system, and in the aggregate promotes the efficient and effective functioning of the organization.This concept is a vital role in all organizations. In this perspective, the author conducted a research using factor analysis to determine main dimensions of Nurses that worked in a public hospital. Total 100 respondents replied to the questionnarie. According to the factor analysis, five dimensions were maintained. They are labeled as civic virtue, courtesy constiousness I, constiousness II and altruism.en_US
