dc.description.abstractThe study explores the relationship between the job characteristics, organizational behavior modification techniques and organizational commitment. The effects of demographic factors are also analyzed in these relationships. 306 sales representatives from two different sectors were surveyed and results indicated that, there is a positive relationship between general feedback and organizational affective, continuous and normative commitment. Also there is a negative relationship between autonomy and organizational affective, continuous and normative commitment. Furthermore, only silly organizations have a negative effect on organizational affective, continuous and normative commitment.en_US
