It is vital for companies to run for long-term success in the world so all organizations must adopt the environmental changes to be competitive. Learning competence gives them adapting the environment. Building a learning organization is the only way of maximizing organizational performance under conditions of uncertain environmental changes. The objective of the study was to determine the elements affecting the integration through organizational culture in the learning organizations. A critical review of existing literature, the elements affecting the integration through organizational culture in the learning organizations were found out leadership style, communication system, sharing vision, participative management, empowerment, sharing knowledge, team work and cooperation, flexible organization structure, performance assesment and reward system. The research was conducted on the oldest 50 family-owned Turkish companies. The data collected from the companies through questionnaires were statistically analyzed through the SPSS for Windows 10.0. First, the average values of certain elements affecting the integration were found and then the outcomes assessed by the correlation and regression analysis.
