dc.description.abstract | Recently for the commercial administrations the main device for a difference between each and for a superiority in competition is the intellectual capital. The intellectual capital could be described as an affirmative difference between the commercial administration market worth and balance sheet worth. Institutionalization is expressing a process which get this commercial administration existence under guarantee with using all these fundations sources and capacities. Without imporiving intellectual capital for this commercial administrations the process for institutionalization couldn’t be accelerated. In another word; without comletely activation and institutionalization of the intellectual capital, the institutionalization for these commercial administrations is not possible. For realizing the process the most important mission belongs to this commercial administration executive managers. The managers must affect and lead all the employees with presenting their leadership behaviors which is essential for institutionalizationing the intellectual capital. To determine the leadership acts which are essential for activation the tendency of institutionalization for intellectual capital. A questionnairey was applied to employed in companies which are working in textile sectors and have more than 100 employees and are registered in ISO. | en_US |
